On the mercury, the 8, 9 and 15 are all the same bore. just carburetor is different and exhaust tube size on the 15 otherwise all the same other than the hp sticker. Wonder if the yami is the same?

@@peglegtoo As far as I know , Evinrude 8,10,15,& 20 HP are all the same basically but, with a different carb / Exhaust port . At any rate 20hp or 25HP on that TINY boat he could lose control Quickly . Those are just my thoughts . I'm a Johnson/Evinrude guy,, had a Merc. just too much weight for the HP .
