& before anyone sezs anything I have done 4 cars a 65 67 69 71 and did them the right way it took a lot of time but the people who bought them love it & want me to do more & if I do I will put it on you tube & show the right way to do them the last one I did was in 1988 no you tube !!!!

I would have ripped up that pieced together floor, then installed a new one piece.

Why WOULD YOU ENCAPSULATE ALL THAT RUST??? You need to rethink this, Neutralize the rust with POR15 or the like. If not sell immediately before it becomes a puddle in the driveway. You need to find someone to help restore a car and learn about proper restoring... This was an amateur job and should not be on KZbin.
