Looks like a custom crate motor. Was that a rebuilt motor? Some local shop do it? Nice shop/barn to work in.

Thanks, the motor is the original 289 we had it rebuilt by cobra automotive.

so did u just cut the vin tag off and the roof and buy all new sheet metal? seems like a ton of work to me. I am building a 68 right now.

why is your harmonic balancer wobbling?

i believe it is the pully. doest quite bolt up to balncer correctly. going to try a 4 bolt pully and see if to mates to balancer better than 3 bolt.
