How do coins like these make it past mint inspection and into circulation? Quality control must be very crappy. In all the years I have working in retail, I have never seen any coins like these. I would think these types of coins, you are not going to find them in your pocket change. And it's not like you are going to find them coin roll hunting.

I have found error coins myself on the coin roll hunting live streams.

Yes you can find error coins in coin roll hunting, BUT I don't think you are going to find THESE types of error coins. Some how I feel that THESE types of error coins are an inside job. How could something like slip through inspection?????
