there are 3 heater control cables ,2 are the same length and one is a little longer .Do you know which cable goes where ? thank you

Thank you thank you for your response.This car I have has 2 cables that are same length and one is longer.I cannot for the life of me figure out which cable goes where as the car came to me with no heating system .Your time will be greatly appreciated, again thank you
