Ha! I'm in a Thailand and have a barn find I'm taking to pieces and just spent a day doing exactly this. Rust and rot in all the exact same places. Even with chassis. Even bolts being different from left hand side to right is the same lol. Will watch the rest of your vids. Love it.

Lol, yes pretty much all other examples have similar issues. My 88" had no rust, compared to this one. All the best with your build.

Setting up doors to align is fiddly. Just keep working on it vut remember that it will never be perfect.

Year there is a bit of rust in the Chassis but it must feel good getting that far.

@@rovertasmania7033 it's all the bids that have that 3sec noise. It's quite a sharp sound. I usually try to skip a few seconds to avoid it when on my headphones :)- usually without success
