Hello Gelstang! Nice pony you have there! In retrospect, I changed out my radiator last Oct after my flex fan went into the core and destroyed it. I got a nice alum. radiator from Speedway motors but my old beautiful alum shroud did not fit it do to it's smaller size. Then it started running a higher temp even with two pusher elect fans in front. I run a high flow 180 deg thermostat. I run a 460 big block mild build engine. My problem was air in the system after the work was done. I bought the "No spill" funnel and burping kit and I was amazed of all the air it purged out of the system. I think I will get the ACP radiator and shroud, and sell my Speedway radiator. Thanks for sharing. You handle your tools like a pro girl! Nice job! Cheers from Motown/Dearborn, home of the Mustang.

Great video. Only one thing is that is not a good paint for this radiator application. Using a paint that had copper in it and keeping it to a single coating would have allowed for adding color without risk of added heat retention. Since this is a better radiator, doubt you'll see any detrimental deduction. Just an FYI for anyone else watching that runs a more performance application or has a hypo engine. Also, best to have a gasket in the lip of the fan shroud housing to encourage every CFM to push through the shroud

Also upgrade the fan to clutch or electric to gain a few more HP. Direct drive is old school
