Hi Phil! Yes is an incredible amount of work.. Ill bet she feels much better now though with all those old barnacles removed! and 50 lbs lighter=)

And Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. No project car yet, although I have pretty well given up on trying to source a car from the US; it is just far too difficult and risky to buy from a distance. The cost of 911 or 912 locally is just way too high so it looks like there is no Porsche for me. I am now looking at the 116 Series Alfa Romeo GTV, which are here in good numbers, and the prices are far more reasonable. Going to see one on Sunday.

Mike, do u use real sand or glass bead? Play sand from big box store? Glass bead, how course is the grain?

Hello Joe I used 80 grit glass bead at this stage..but since have found working with garnet sand is much less messy and not near as much dust. You cannot blast with playbox sand or any other sand media from a Hardware store as is is toxic and will result in serious illness. Be safe and good luck!

Hello Robert Yes the front bushing were JP and the rear were Porsche genuine

Hey mike, love your videos. I have a 993 that I am restoring-modding and your videos are very informative (even though there are not the exact same model/year!) I have a quick question, did you make the rotisserie stand or did you buy it somewhere? I am looking to buy/make one and wanted to hear your thoughts! Best regards!

Hello Blake Yes the rotisserie was built here. Some of my early videos cover that process with measurements. Im sure you would need to modify the design a bit for a 993 but confident you would be able to build something from home. Good Luck!
