I can't imagine how it was in the 60s, listening to the Beatles music, and then being mind blown and mind controlled by every album they made each year from 1963-1970

I remember being at the Fest for Beatles in NJ in the early to mid 2000's and they showed this and a guy said that it was the first time it was showed since 1969, until that 6:26 part probably. Does anyone know where this came from?

What's funny is, all the people that are freaking out about how The Beatles supposedly covered up Paul's death don't realize that even if Paul was replaced in 1966, that's when The Beatles music got so much BETTER. The new Paul is a better musician than the original, and now he's even more experienced. Sure, the real Paul was a good musician, and he was one of the founders of The Beatles, and he wrote a few decent songs, he didn't write anything amazing until 1966 onward. Things like 'She Loves You', and 'I Saw Her Standing There' are okay, but cheesy and get old fast. The more recent songs have so much more to offer, instead of being all about loving some girl. I think Paul didn't die, but all The Beatles did drugs, changed their style, and changed their hair. Then people thought, well Paul looks kind of different, his voice is deeper, and he's a little bit taller. HE MUST BE DEAD! Actually, no. He just grew up. His voice and body matured. He's not always going to be little baby faced chubby Paul. Maybe when he was a teen and in his early 20s, but he won't always be like that forever.

His voice got higher, not lower. He also became taller, turned brown eyes to green, changed the shape of his skull and eyes. They all seem traumatized except for jovial "Paul" after 1966. Drugs definitely had an effect but it's so blatant that there is more to it than that.

There are many people I know who tend to have changing eye colours. One week they're brown, then they turn greenish or hazel, maybe they get a little bit of a blue tint but they go back to brown the next week. I could be describing it all wrong but the thing I'm talking about is pretty common, at least from what I've seen. Also, his voice did seemingly get lower, since they had to raise the pitch to make When I'm Sixty-Four sound more 'rooty-tooty' (or some similar phrase). His skull shape remained the same, his face maybe got thinner because he lost a little weight (from drugs perhaps?) and I'm not sure what you mean when you say that they all seemed traumatized. They look pretty normal to me. It's true, their songs began to reflect darker moods in comparison to their 'Yeah, Yeah, Yeah' days, but that was because of problems in their individual personal lives. John felt lost when The Beatles stopped touring, and he felt repressed by his marriage and child with Cynthia. Paul and Jane's relationship was going downhill as Jane gained more confidence and publicity in her acting career, so she began to travel more in order to act in shows around England. Paul didn't like this one bit, because, as you can see in his love songs like 'Here, There and Everywhere', he thinks the ideal woman should want to be with him all of the time. Jane wanted to be independent, and Paul was a control-freak. George felt that he wasn't getting enough recognition as a songwriter, since he was always in the shadow of the famous Lennon-McCartney songwriting partnership. Ringo probably felt that there was too much conflict in the band, and he just wanted all of his mates to get along. The situation worsened in 1967 when their manager died. Then they experienced their first major flop with Magical Mystery Tour, John started bringing Yoko to the studio after the session for Hey Bulldog, Paul became more arrogant, George became more fed up with his lack of recognition, Ringo didn't like everybody fighting, they attempted to 'Get Back' to their roots and ultimately failed to do so, John developed a heroin addiction, Pattie cheated on George with Eric Clapton, Paul cheated on Jane with some French girl and then married Linda, Allen Klein came into the picture without Paul's agreement, they all sued each other, and finally Paul told the public that The Beatles were breaking up before John did. Tons of bad stuff clearly happened causing them to feel traumatized, but did you notice the one I left out? The PID rumor; because it's complete bullshit.

You know, I'm really fed up with all the speculation over the years about PID! I lived through it all, as part of the Love Generation & witnessed the Beatles first hand. The PID seems to me, after all these years of observance and reflection, to merely be the media's attempt to create rumors and speculation for..... What else?...... to sell their newspapers, magazines, programs, DVDs, movies, books, etc.! That hasn't and never will change, it's a money-making gig. I worked in advertising for 30 yrs. & I was a Pro at creating images, etc. to influence the public! Even the most outrageous claims of the Beatles being cloned is completely dubious & suspect. Sure you can clone a living being to make a complete physical double, BUT cloning can not replicate a person's personality, gestures, mannerisms, spirit or essence. Paul is Paul...watch all of his aforementioned attributes and you will see they are they same, always. Eye color changes, mine has gone from chocolate brown to Amber/hazel over the years, and HELLO people, colored contact lens were coming into vogue in the late 60's too. Everybody's voice changes slightly in register, as we age. Need I go on about changes? Believe what you like, the truth is, the only person who really knows the truth about this is Paul Mc Cartney! Just enjoy the music people🙏🏻💜 love and peace to all!

Patti Sampson , I lived through this too with my brother waking us up in the middle of the night listening to the radio telling him to spin records backwards. It was fun in 69, now people use it because they have nothing better to do I guess RIP to these rumors.

@Oasisruls ...one is unrelated to the other. You can still write good songs and be "full of shit". Besides, not everything he writes is as good as the songs you listed. He writes his share of crap like everybody else. Just because he's as famous as he is, it doesn't mean everything he writes is "golden".

After 48 years I am stunned and saddened to say that now I believe Paul was killed in 1966 and replaced. I spent many hours researching this. It is most obvious when you watch A Hard Day's Night, Help! and Eight Days a Week; and then compare it with the Paul in Magical Mystery Tour, Let It Be, and Wingspan. Paul's head was rounder and smaller, Sir Paul's is thinner and longer. Paul is shorter in height and his feet are smaller too. As for the Smothers Brothers toward the end of this clip, they got fired (their show got cancelled) for speaking out against the Vietnam War. Paul and John spoke out against the war too.
