Such elegance. This is a very gentrified car. Very clean, flowing lines with no unnecessary embellishment. The driving experience looks very direct and honest. Just wonderful.

The first Ferrari I ever saw was a 330GTC, back in 1967, belonging to well-known millionaire playboy Michael Pearson. It was visiting a farm in the Cotswolds that my mother rented for a couple of years. I was into yank stuff at the time ... Ford Mustang and Mercury Cougar were my favourites, but the sight of this dark green 330 completely changed all that. With the quad pipes and those wide tyres it seemed to encapsulate what all the yank metal could only try to emulate, but never achieve. This was the real thing. And then, as its lucky owner eventually departed, there was THAT sound, like no car I had ever heard, and still arguably the most gorgeous noise ever created by mankind and bits of metal. I've been a huge fan of the 60's Ferraris ever since and the 330GTC is still my favourite of the coupes, although I would need a sizeable chunk of Mr. Pearson's dosh to be able to afford one! Great filming btw, and really sums the car up well. Thanks for posting.

A beautiful video! Thanks for this, it deserves more views ! And one of the best Ferrari GT car, Superb look but not show off; wonderful engine of course, a dream car. You put music but we still can hear that great SOHC V12 sound, good job ! It must be something to drive. :)

I looked-up Ferrari 330 and all I saw was "Auto-porn" - bores, admiring the lines (rightly), but droning-on about the numbers made (the price of everything; the value of nothing); this geezer climbed in, put on the gloves and drove it!

would you really drive a million dollar car on wet roads? The underneath needs to remain as pristine as the visible parts of the car right?

Nah, these cars were designed for driving! ;-)

This is more like a $600-800k car. And cleaning the underside is cheap! And yes, you would need to do it if you wanted to show the car at Pebble Beach.

@@thebog11 There are a couple on Hemmings now priced around $200-250,000.
