The song is good, it would have never found its way to The Beatles catalogue and Paul would have forgotten it but it's a good song. The thing that amazes me most is that the lyrics are a narration of that night and the last verse ends with "thank you all, love from Paul" which shows that he actually wrote it in that moment and it wasn't a song that he already had.
