Would love to see a video series of one of your full restorations, from pulling it into the shop to completed paint.

OP, your attention to detail is what makes your work so outstanding. My God, the mania for these old fastback mustangs is something! Watching your posts on youtube is making me want another 1973 Mach I like I owned many years ago. LIke I don't already have enough with my 1965 coupe, my 2007 and my white 2014 models. Funny, I never liked white cars until I got the 2014 one. You have a good eye for the angles on the replacement panels.

Looking great, I have to tell you that I not only enjoy your work but I have learned a great deal. Thank you for that, I just would like to request if you could put a video together of the tools you use and how you clean undercoating, seam sealer and plains rust of a project car. I find it amazing to see you show it all done, but always wonder how you got there. I'd very much appreciate it whenever you have the time.

Soooo.... I've been doing Mustangs for over 30 years and I can confirm that from the factory, the gaps were not as good as you make them! My 68 GT fastback sure does not fit that good and it is all original sheet metal!! Awesome work! Love this channel!

Just wondering about the gaps. You made them even, but what happens to the gaps after you put in the windows and the regulators in the doors? Doesn't the weight shift the gaps?

How does the title work on cars like this? Can you still title it as the original 68 despite having replaced most of the panels?

Really nice vids! I also built a shell and get only slightly frustrated by how fast you go in comparison with the length of time it took me! Very impressed. If I could make one request/comment - any chance you can change your music genre? I literally hit mute every time your vids cut to your "happy techno" music. ;-)

curious about your platform the vehicle is setup on, under jack stands. i apologize if you have discussed it before i will search through your videos. if you haven’t i would like to hear more about it. is it basically a hand made surface plate to have perfect horizontal plane for reference and how did you build it. great videos love the detail fairly new to your channel and really look forward to your videos.

Some time if your interested......There is another guy that does body work on old Dodge Chargers. He would be your Evil Step bodyman. His working conditions are 180 degrees from the way you work. He cares about the final product almost as much as you do. Junkerup #chrisbirdsong is the name of his place on KZbin.

@ethanmilgram2327

I think there are a lot of opinions on this. I like Dynacorn for the best fit, but are a little more expensive. spectra (Canadian) parts are generously over stamped. Taiwan parts are thin. I buy from NPD, but that’s primarily since I live 10 minutes away and drive by it 2x day. I really like CJPony parts for their service. Hope this helps and good luck! Gary

Got that right, I love my 18 Shelby 350, but yes the panel gaps in it are a bit off in places. Then again it’s not a Porsche (I’ve had two of them) and it costs half as much. But I wish Ford would set up apprentice programs for metal workers and not just assemblers to learn how to do things like this.

I have a question but don’t know if you’ll answer it but here we go; I’m in the collision repair business so I’m able to handle the job. How much time is involved and how difficult is it to convert a 67 coupe to fastback? Very little rust if any in the rear of the coupe. Thanks

It shouldn't be too bad but I've never done a conversion. I've always turned down doing that job.
