Thank you for sharing! My mechanism also had a broken spring, couple bucks from Wolfsburg West, love those guys!! I think a new mechanism is around 90$ so pretty good deal:) cheers

Agree, really insightful video that. You can still get early style door lock mechanisms. I got two for my bus a couple of weeks back.
