Wow. I love just how much details on my friends 2022 Bonneville T100 is copied from this. That makes me smile. That sound is both raw and beautiful!

Lovely. Like it's straight out of the showroom. Magic.

The 1968-70 years may be the best of the Bonnys. Then they went to the oil in frame bikes which had higher seat heights and other unfortunate issues.

Now, that's the way a bike should sound. 👍

Factory stock, just how I like em'. Beautiful job Kevin. My very first bike was a '64 Bonneville. I bought it used in 1971 for about six hundred dollars if I remember, DIdn't know a thing about mechanicking but learned fast. I loved that bike but never had it running 100% due to my lack of skills. Finally an English friend of mine offered to let his dad tune it up for me. He was one helluva mechanic. It ran so well after he was done I thought he'd secretly dropped a new motor in it. You couldn't get me off the bike after that. I nearly slept with it in the garage. The '64 had Amal Monobloc carbs. I think the Concentrics were fitted in '65 or '66, not sure. Brakes were drum and it had the luggage rack on the tank which was hated in the US. Your front brake looks a bit like a BSA Lightning brake. Is that a correct guess?

Why did you stomp on the gear shift lever to put the bike in first gear..Made me sick to see that done...Use your toe not your heal...Dead give away you have not ridden these old bikes long....Take it easy......

@@kshred3043 I have several Triumphs, including a '68 Bonneville. It seems as though there is an unusual rubbing or scrapping sound from this motor that isn't normal. It's so loud it overwhelms the "music" to my ears.
