I think your method is the best compared to the lead so long as that void is 100% sealed and filled or it is able to ventilate to prevent any condensation from occurring inside that void.

I drill 2 holes through the back and pour epoxy into one until it comes the other. Also leave the holes open for ventilation. Thanks for your comment and for watching!

Dang, do you have the measurements for the rear window opening? Before i put my Quarters on i want to make sure i have everthing correctly measured out and my tape lines didnt hold up the way i had hoped
