My very first car when I was 16 years old was a 1969 Ford Galaxie XL. 390/4BBL/Dual Exhaust. Maroon, White Vinyl Top, White Interior, Firestone 500 White lettered tires with the double white stripes. It would lay a patch easily for a city block. Best car I ever had. I miss it.

Yup the 429 pulls hard going forward and opposite way on the gas gauge 😮Doesn’t take hardly anything to smoke the tires 😊
