Thats awesome. Even though i mostly service CB radio equipment sometimes someone sends me a car radio to fix and i have had a few ask me if i knew of anyone that does conversions now i know who to contact.

Nice!!! Try 3d printing those worn, broken cogs. I find that's easiest way to replace that type of hard to find part. 👍👍

You could get a redirad, which plugs into the back and had a headphone jack for portable music players. It's really cheap and simple too

Hey John, He has two prices this particular conversion is $380 and he does one that has blue tooth and some other goodies for a bit more. Considering what you get it is so worth it.
