The Cha Cha Nova sold for $730,000 at the recent Barret Jackson Auction, highest price for a classic Chevy Nova built by Red River Customs to commemorate the history of Shirley Muldowney, the first lady of drag racing. It was such an honor to meet Shirley at Barret Jackson for an interview on her experience and success at NHRA championships. Muldowney shares some insight into the world of racing and lack of support from society as she crossed the barriers and became the first woman to drag race and win several championships!
