That thing is a torque monster, Back in 1970 it was the only thing that could really compete with the Chevelle LS6

My grampa had one of these and gave it to mom when he bought a cadi. I was 16, had my license for 2 months and put it on its top at 105MPH! Bondo Bob told us I put it in its grave. He reminded us gramps wrecked it twice before I did! Insurance replaced it with a 4 speed GS. Mom couldn't drive a 4 speed so she hated the new car. Dad and I were in heaven! Joined the Navy in 1990 and came home in 1994. Car was still parked where I parked it before I left for boot camp. My brother has it now and has started restoring it. Great Memories!

Buick built some tremendous automobiles , especially in the 60's 70's 80's & 90's they was hard to beat them and Pontiac both. Oh and Oldsmobile was fantastic too. ✨✨

I FOUND an old 69 c10 truck and the owner worked for Buick in the 70s and had the dealership put in a 70 Buick GS 455 Stage 1 motor. Totally rebuilt. I wonder if it is worth to purchase just for that motor. Truck is about a 7k truck, but he wants 15k because of the engine.

I guess this color was popular back then, not sure why as it is a low key color, not a color I would have chosen. I hate to pick the car apart, but to me the rear bumper needs to be aligned better, it looks off on the passenger side.
