Even a clone SS 1970 Chelleve deserves a better method than a yard sale storing! But, as one can see their methods of storing greatly improved when it came time to store the international color for chicken yellow 1970 Chelleve! The Clone appeared to have a Big Block sitting in the weeds.. perhaps, when one doesn’t have cherry picker the blowing it apart method is method of choice! Awesome video regardless! Thank you

No 307 2 barrel going into my car. Swapped the 10 bolt for a 12 bolt posi i pulled from a 72 Monte Carlo at the wrecking yard.. Got a 73 454 049 forged crank from a motor home . AC, tilt column. If you are interested, I am aware of a 70 Chevelle SS 396 Fathom blue/black stripe bench car. Barn find. Car has been sitting in the same spot since at least the late 80's Best recollection, owner claims car is absolutely 100% original.

I see more Malibu's Chevelles ,,Nova's ,,Cuda's bla bla bla at shows than I care to see. Great cars but I don't feel sorry for any of these cars. All parts are made for them. I feel sorry for rotting cars that are truely forgotten with no aftermarket support. Crap a Chevelle can be put together from an aftermarket catalog if you got the money. I got a late 60's Fury ,,try finding aftermarket body parts for that,,,, Sometimes when going to car cruises it seems there are more Cuda's and Chevelles than were made at the fricken factory. There are so many great cars that are not mainstream. Used to be it was interesting to go and see stuff you aren't familiar with. Now you go and see the same stuff over and over.

People are idiots here in North Carolina too! They leave nice cars outside and when you ask them if they want to sell your either greater with a shotgun or talk of oh I'm going to restore it and you look at thier house that's two travel trailers grafted onto the side of a barn and you think to yourself oh please with what money? I see cars and trucks sitting eveywhere here! Check our local Winston Salem NC and see the 82 camaro Indy pace car sitting in a backyard , this guy has tried to sell this car for 10 years! He wanted 6 ,000 now he's down to 3!It's all there but the tee tops leak and when you open the doors all you see is dirt from the back seat bottom to the brake pedal! The seats are in his garage and he took the floor out using his hands!I looked at it 5 years ago the engine is all there but it's probably seized by now I said call me when you'll take 800 bucks ! He was not interested in talking to me after that lol

The stripes on the back end were rounded on both sides, the outside should be squared, right? I can’t believe ppl do this. There’s a used car shop near me with half a Chevelle in the it and trees growing in it. (I can’t tell if it’s a Chevelle or Buick etc it’s too rusted and I’m not educated enough. My guess is its a Chevelle)
