This was Steve Sherwood's Chelsea debut,but never established himself as first choice.A successful loan spell at Brentford led to a move to Watford,were he enjoyed a long spell as first choice,then onto Grimsby.Played for Watford when they were top of all four divisions and an FA Cup final.Played in five promotion campaigns with Watford and Grimsby.
