we have flipped the boat over and got back to work on inside of boat. our first task was to clean out the patch the holes inside of the boat. with Uv sun cure resin and fiberglass.

Lol, these BW’s are like giant surf boards w/ side rails. I’m surprised you didn’t use cabosil filler mixed with resin to fill those small to medium holes. Btw, nice video as I am also a proud owner of a (‘68) BW 13.🤘

future fill foam holes with spray foam and they fbrgl right over the top...dont even need the two part foam for small repair like that

pva i spray on nice and thin and even ....easier to remove and need lot less

you can probably get a single bulb grow lamp for the curing process on small repairs like that

heck yea. its a lot of work. i have never used so much sand paper. lol
