Nice project! Md based In 2016 Only once did I have a vehicle transported from Az The undercarriage and entire 2004 awd van was 99.9999 % rust free And a garage or carport saved the paint to a 9 out of 10 rating where you could see your reflection

It should be an HP 383 but I haven't gotten a clear look at the block numbers yet to verify. Big block Mopars have distributors in the front, small blocks like the 318 are in the back.
