Shoulder belts standard equipment on all C3 Coupes beginning in 1968, optional on Convertible through 1975. These were the two piece belts with the separate lap belt. The integrated retractor 3-point belts like we are used to today began on Coupes for 1974.

Nice car. Looks like at one time it had air-conditioning. The paint can be fixed. I think it is worth what you're asking. 🏴‍☠️
