Wow, so clean... I'm a huge fan of these. I owned two 1970 Cutlasses. A Viking blue "S" black buckets and consol and a Sherwood Green Cutlass Supreme. Brown bench seat. This was in the late '80s. When I was teenager / early 20s

What a beautiful old car and in amazing condition for it's age, the paint that you called lacquer is I think what we call cellulose here, I've had quite a few cars in cellulose back in the 70's and one which was a burgundy colour would always loose it's shine on the roof so I had to buff it every few weeks and the mop head used to turn red with all the paint coming off😂🙏👍John UK

We don't do much of that. Can't really warranty it .but there is a time and a place all repairs

FYI those little blister spots on the rear trunk and filler panel are rust coming through the paint. If you don't sandblast that area real good they are going to come back. And no the epoxy will not stop it!
