the rental store where I worked back in the 80's , we rented a sand blaster it ran off a diesel compressor, folks could bring their items to our lot and sand blast them there. My boss told everyone that brought a car to sand blast that it would be to their advantage to remove all switches or anything where sand could bet in. that sand could absolutely get everywhere.

The worst for me is when you sandblast inside a cab. Does not matter how hard you try, sand always pops up. Can't live without it though. Thanks Vern. Stevo
