As an older retiree who has had decades of experience with all kinds of snow removal equipment, from blowers to tractors to buckets and pickup blades, I found your video showing this rather diminutive 8 horsepower lawn tractor rather fascinating. While the project is not particularly pretty to look at, I must say that it performed surprisingly well. If I was a betting man, I never would have thought that the little guy would have had enough horsepower to push such heavy, wet and deep snow. What made the unit successful was the heavy weights and the chains. WELL done my friend. I'm not sure just what it is that I find so fascinating about watching a tough and well used machine perform its snow plowing function so well. Perhaps it reminds this old senior of times gone by and having accomplished similar feats in my youth. Thanks again for sharing your process. It goes to show that it doesn't take $50,000 worth of high tech snow equipment to clear a long driveway of a good winter downfall, just a bit of INGENUITY and some imagination and a smattering of technical skill. Thank You. Greetings from Ontario, Canada.
