ok so i bought a pin and bush set and found only two copper bush and two preferaded bush the coppers fit fine but the others were to big for the hole have you run into this issue.its the only pin and bush listed for these series trucks.i own a 77 gmc c15

We haven't run into that before. How close are they to fitting the hole? Maybe some rust or debris needs to be honed out? Is it possible that you could fit the copper bushings in the hole you're trying to fit the serrated bushing into?

I like this way of fixing it thanks for showing it. Shouldn't you flip the grinder over so the sparks aren't hitting you or are you worried about kickback?

Kickback, You'll notice Dave doesn't use a guard on his grinder, so kickback can be especially dangerous!
