They were the best trailers ever made imo, I remember my grandparents picking up my brother and I every summer as kids and traveling across Ontario going from campsite to campsite on our way to their farm for the summer. Best times ever, would love to find one to restore for my grand kids.

We Love this little trailer we attend meets. They can be a pain to get parts for. But we do love it. Our Grand Kids love it we let them sleep in the yard with it when they visit.

@@Supermankev2001 yeah they are old for sure, but fiberglass lasts forever lol, they are also so expensive to buy now, a 1974 is going for $14.000 and up, it's crazy.

@@Monkey_Snot I was looking just a little while ago I said to my wife take a stab at how much it would cost to replace the old trailer? It's crazy how much they are going for now. I took the trailer to my local trailer dealer to have two new tires put on it. When I went to pick it up I dropped it off on a Friday and when I picked it up the manager told me to get that trailer out of here I got 57 calls over the weekend wanting to know how much the little trailer cost no calls for anything else lol.

I believe that style door lock came later, 1977 and newer, maybe 1976. Serial number on the data sheet should line up with those years, over on the fiberglass RV forum. Nice to have the original furnace, mine was removed by a prior owner. LED lighting is a good move as it reduces electrical consumption by about 90%!

I like the gas gage but better yet Walmart sells tanks with valves built in that tell you how much fuel you have by the depth. More accurate I think. I changed out all the incandescent lights and replaced with LED lights. I think I got them through Banggood in China. The LEDS were flat groups of white daylight leds on a backing that had a self adhesive side. That went into a replacement light assembly that was exactly the same as the original. The plastic had become really fragile. Anyway I took out the incandescent socket and glued in the LED array. Much nicer lighting than the yellowish incandescents and much brighter. Our Trillium was the 15 foot model and so glad we got one that length. We are tall people. Beside the door below the nick nac bag I cut a hole in and installed a 12 volt fan. That is connected to power through a heat sensing switch I installed by the furnace to pick up heat. As the furnace warms up the switch comes on and moves the warm air around much better. We live in a climate that gets pretty cold in the winter so more heat was a big plus. One more thing I did was install a used 70 watt solar panel on the roof and a charge controller in an area above the sink. Our 15 footer layout was different than your 13 footer. Those are most of the changes I can think of. I am a ham radio guy so I did ad an outside aerial connection to a bracket on the roof. The bracket was a part of the support for the solar panel. By the way the power drawn in by the panel always gave us plenty of power to run the led lights at night. My choice of charge controller was a mistake. It made a buzz on my ham radio during day time. There are better choices, ones that deliver quiet power. That's about it. VA7DH/73
