I've never seen this color, wow! Nice car, Michelins were added later. The OEM tires were Uniroyal wider whitewalls. Even the original resonator muffler is still there.

AJ67901 also tires were LR78-15, NOT "H"SERIES. The only LUXURY cars that came with MICHELIN were Lincoln. With the pin striped white walls.

Nice car, with today's lubricants that car would go a long way(Transmission just stays with Dexron non-synthetic), of course you'd have to convert it to Hydrogen fuel. Those aren't lights on top of the fenders,they're fiber optics showing the bulbs are working. The steering wheel is tilt AND telescopic, he's got it up like he's driving a bus. Definitely worth at least $21,000 It's a full size spare, not spacesaver. I had a '76 White with a 425cid fuel-injected, I managed to get 17 mpg with Autolite Platinum plugs. Sometimes the engine would knock (pre-ignition,ping)so I left the distributor just loose enough so I could adjust timing anytime I chose. I'd put the front bumper against a tree, adjust timing,rev it in gear,till the ping went away. There'd be two nice holes when I was done. I miss that beasty land-yacht.

We had a coupé de ville. All were 500 cu in in 1976. ( except for the Seville). Mileage was 9-10 miles per gallon which was acceptable in those days. Wasn’t the 472 from previous year?

@@thebrain9384 the 501 was the Mark 4, Cadillac had the 500 ( all ). The Seville had the 350. I know we had a 76. And I a, a car guy! Google and check it out. 472 was pre 75!

if the AC just needs to be serviced, why not just do it. More than likely needs an expensive 134A conversion. Brake pedal rubber looks good and would be consistent with 10k unless it were replaced. god only knows. Nice looking car though. Those who are serious would have it check by someone who understands what to look for in vintage. Priced consistent with High retail per Nada.

The regular wheel disk were chrome for all Cadillacs without the wire where’ll option, only the Eldorado had the black trim in all colours except the bi central models. They did not have the wheel covers matching the body colours as the old MB.

@@fh6258 Some things on eldorado are ONLY eldorado. I know back in the 50's GM had different hubcaps for different models, the past president of the Cadillac club told me that. Anyway, My dad had a 75, which he bought in 76 and his hubcaps were chrome. He told me 76 had painted hubcaps and the grill changed, for 76, he told me other than that, they were the same car. My 77 Biarritz has color matched hubcaps and only 2 owners and 24K miles on it.
