The front spoiler is from Classic Industries. It's in the printed catalog, not sure if its on the website yet.

I wish everyone would read the comments before asking the same questions, as I get many emails asking if it is still available. It was sold over a year ago. It was an automatic with overdrive. 700R4 transmission I believe.

The original 305 V8, with new edlebrock intake and carb, new cam, Hooker headers running straight to duel flowmaster exhaust. Not sure what the HP is but it sounds great and can certainly do a good burn out :P.

Sounds really good

Obviously. This was a replica that was built after the movie was released. It also is not rusty like the one in the movie.

@akaner22 Steering wheel is made by grant. I bought it from summitracing and added the autobots badge horn off of ebay. The car has been sold for a few months now.

What kind of chin spoiler was used
@Tom.Thorslund5 жыл бұрын
Oh man it's been so many years now I can't find it anymore. I remember I had to hunt a lot to find them but I believe they were out of California. Remember these cars were put together for the movie in Hollywood so likely all the parts were either local or from easy to source sites like Jegs and Summit racing. I got the steering wheel off summit. There was also an article published about how they build the 3 movie cars which helped me a lot in sourcing the parts. I hope that helps! Good luck. Still miss this car but you can't keep em all!

Thomas Thorslund - Can you tell me where you bought the steering wheel? I am building a Bumblebee replica for my son and can't locate the steering wheel anywhere in the US. I know it's a Grant model GRT-1074. Please help!

Very cool! Good luck with the project. There are answers to quite a few questions like this below: "Steering wheel is made by grant. I bought it from summitracing and added the autobots badge horn off of ebay."
