Definitely either a water pump issue or clog.Don’t overheat it.Water pump should be under water at least 6 inches.Compresssion is on the low side.

More water should be coming out of the top lower unit exhaust for sure after a minute or so great model

@@VintageEngineRepairs they make an adapter to attach a garden hose to an outboard, if you find a good market and move that way it will be a handy tool. I hope the budget has room for flowers, Kat earned some. 🙂

How many wires plug into the neutral safety switch? Are they both tan color? And where do they lead to from there?

The rectifier is there! Its under the wire terminal block.
