I was able to remove the engine and the transmission together. It has leaked so badly over the years that there is caked on grease and oil everywhere. Did you have to block off any of the openings before power washing?

Good for you, if you are going to tear down the engine like I did, no need to block anything off.

Great vídeo, thanks !.. I have an engine and transmision Fiat Tempra 2.0 8v (mod. '93) with 100K kms (62000 miles) since 1998 in my house. Está desarmado, limpio, lubricado y guardado con block and crankshaft rectified, new valves, ported head for street, carburetors, etc. Tengo pensado colocarlo en algún fiat Tempra, Regatta 2000 (2.0 twin cam q hubo en Sudamérica) o fiat 128, Uno maybe?.. ya veremos.
