1979 Fiat Spider 124 Installing the Head and Cam Boxes

Head is done, time to install it onto the block and get the cams boxes mounted.

Today after Taking it down to the block, and watching your videos and applying what I’ve learned regarding timing of both the motor and ignition, but along with so many other elements of the motor I finally got my 1981 Fiat to run. It has been pointed out I did not install the dowel pins back into block. I have ordered them and will post another video.

I find it easier to do the complete head assembly on the bench and makes it easier and faster to adjust the valves. Just a thought

@@EugenBurlacu paints about 2 cams per minute. The 3 cam version is a waste of money.
