Hey guys, I have been working on this 1979 Honda CB750 F Super Sport for a good friend. Its not a detailed restoration video, but we do show you how it looked along the way to getting it ready to ride.

Holy Cow Ken, that's an amazing restoral effort. The thing hasn't moved in 30+ years and it STILL STARTS?!?!?! Freaking amazing!!! When I was a kid these were VERY popular because they were cheap enough that uni students who had a job could juuuuuuust afford them. Guys in my position couldn't afford the z900 or the CBF900s, but if we really stretched out budget we could get a 650 or a 750 rather than a 400 or 500. The really BIG deal were the twin disks on the front that gave it a lot of stopping power so guys rode these much more aggressively than, say, I could ride my 650. They figured they could stop fast enough to get out of trouble. They were a good bit faster than the 650s, topping out at 210km/h if you had a fairing. The guys who owned them LOVED them. So wow, thanks for another trip down memory lane!

Kenny I loved this bike. Had an F (Sport) and K (touring) F model same color. I added blue hand grips and Kerker headers and exhaust on this bike. This bike brings back so many wonderful memories. Thank you!

G'day Ken. What can I say brother, except "You little bloody Rippa"!! Incredible to see how you have restored this wonderful bike. Thanks for giving life back to this old girl, and I'm bloody sure that she rides like an old school bike should. F**king amazing job Brother, you should be so proud of yourself. Guess what? Finally got a picky of my Z900 RS on the tube! My neighbor is a clever fella, and he is always more than willing to help this techno- quamby with my computer. Again, well done mate, can't wait to see this girl on the road. Stay safe and have fun brother.

Thanks Andy, it was a lot of fun working on the CB. I have the KZ back now so I will be making sure its road worthy too... but I think I will look for another old bike to tinker with. I see your bike in your avatar... love that color combo.

NO leave brake hoses! Leave exhaust! Leave as many original parts as you can! 11,600 is nothing. USE NON ETHNOL GAS No rust in tank! Put air filters and exhaust back! Put jets back! Save old master cylinder!
