I can’t understand from where he pulls out those extra reps when he’s almost toast. More than impressive

Impressive but you dont look lile you lift. Small quads and legs. I guess squat being most leg builder is full BS.

Bench pressing and Overhead press are not per se technically harder (actually not even fair to compare as it is a whole different movement pattern), but I would say Squatting is mentally harder and more taxing to your CNS. Plus, everyone has their own weak and strong spots and genetic limitations. And you forgot in mind the ratio size/strength. Not to mention his training is more weightlifting orientated (weightlifters focus less if not at all on bench pressing).
@bigdaddytrips61973 ай бұрын
@@HomelessShoe you obviously don't lift and know nothing of weight lifting. Any dweeb can squat 315 but not a lot of people can even. Bench 225 or 315 , a lot people can squat 315 but not a lot of people can't even ohp 135 or 225 . Get it ? That right there what I just said just proves me right . I can ohp 135 for 15 perfect reps , I can bench press 225 perfect for 15 reps for multiple sets. Let's see you do that ?
