I’m 66 yr old female had a sensory stroke which started with a severe excruciating headache, and pixelated eye vision, left sided weakness. I knew I was experiencing a stroke. I went to the ER got medication and IV fluids but still experiencing numbness tingling pain left side of face lips and left hand fingers. They gave me neurontin which doesn’t do anything I take plavix. I did have a brain hemorrhage MRI. What can I do with the neuropathy pain?

It is easy to say to get enough sleep but in my case the cervical symptoms cause so much pain that I can't sleep. There is nerve compression inside my neck and degenerated facet joints due to trauma.
