Looks like a fun ass wheeling setup. I like your finesse approach too, I've seen lots of guys break shit going up little walls like that because they went balls out.

Love the old hiluxs. My question, is it still alive today 11years on?
@FirstGenToyMachine2 жыл бұрын
YES! it is still rockin. about the same. Been riding/racing dirtbikes for the last couple years so the poor Toy has been sittin. still fire it up every once in awhile. doing some bodywork on the rusty box and tailgate. I cant get rid of it, too many hours into it.

@@vwkoolaid yea that me! My 78 honda civic with a D16Z6 vtec in it. Still have the Yota and the civic. Replaced the floor and the frame on the truck! Floor just rusted through a second time now. I was daily driving it for years going to Whistler most winter weekends. Need to show it some love again soon...
@vwkoolaid12 жыл бұрын
@FirstGenToyMachine YA the guy I bought it from's name was tyson, and some other guy bought it off me, he also had a little honda civic an old old one, When I sold it I sold it with all those boxes you speak of.

Sick vid. I have an 81 as well. Considering lockers but worried how it will handle as a DD around town since the "auto-lockers" perform like full time lockers. What is your experience? Thanks.

Any wheel spacers if not what is the offset or backspacing
@FirstGenToyMachine4 жыл бұрын
The rear axle is the 2000ish 4runner with elocker which is wider already than stock. The front solid axle has 1.5" spacers to match the rear width 👍
