Probably invisible or hard to see because players hated the 3 pt line back then, and it was very rarely used. The three point line probably wasn't made in this game because players on both teams dislike it and very rarely use it.

It's a preseason game in a College Arena so I guess they didn't care to put a 3 point line down for this game.

@terrancesmith428 it stated during this game that they put a yellow tape to form a 3 point line because players hated it including both teams. The 3 line was rarely used back then.
