I’ll be posting as I go on the axles. I have a 2010 f350 front axle. Actually going to end up using a GM/dodge rear axle. Will convert the ford hubs to 8x6.5 pattern. That’s what I will be able to do, will be wired to the factory 2014+ GM switch. Can do the hubs like ford did on vacuum or just leave them locked all the time and just put it in 4wd when needed

@noah63nova142 жыл бұрын
I’ve seen a few people with different mounts look like they have better luck with ac clearance. I ended up cutting probably a 1in at the thickest by 5in long notch in the frame. I was able to squeeze everything in with minor cutting but you couldn’t get a wrench in to tighten the compressor bulkhead down. I will end up welding a plate in and probably making an access hole for the bolt

what about fuel number how many miles you get per gallon ??
@noah63nova14 Жыл бұрын
Hasn’t been calculated. Tend to drive it by smiles per gallon not miles. That being said, it does good on fuel. Best it’s done with any engine and transmission setup. With my new axles they will be better geared for the transmission which will only make the mpg better. Have talked to others that get 20mpg+ with similar setups while highway driving
