Make sure your plunger is turned to the correct position or it will rev wide open. It should slide in and go all the way in. The cap should set on the threads without effort

I need help which oil do I put in my 83 Kawasaki klt 200 a also I did an oil change already and it's already black and there's aluminum in it but this thing runs perfect and doesn't smoke I'm at a loss as to where the shavings could be coming from super duper fine where can I find information on this tune-up procedure

Anyone ever change the starter motor out on the klt 250? Trying too on mine, but can't get the panel off to connect the chain to the new starter.
