I have never seen a tail shaft housing ever warp . And I build those transmissions. The only thing that I know could make it leak like that is something stops it from bolting together tightly and it would have had over heated the rear out put shaft bearing and when that bearing over heats it usually welds to the out put shaft. So I don't believe that it was warped I think the transmission shop lied to you to hide their mistake

That's what I think too. It never leaked when it was in the van. Not even a drop. You can't trust anyone anymore it seems 😢

I have a suggestion about your fuel tank, I think you should replace the fuel tank with an unmodified tank, and run an inline fuel pump.

You might be right. I need to see which ones will fit in my truck. From what I can see, I think it's coming from the filler neck. Maybe that new gasket isn't sealing 🤷🏽‍♂️

I am guessing the the tail shaft housing gasket is cut or pinched.

I guessed wrong. Hopefully that solves the transmission leak.

@@TurlosGarage you were on the right track, though. I could see the twilshaft gasket but I couldn't see the gap 🤷🏽‍♂️ hasn't leaked yet :)

The EFI issue might be a problem with a bad ground somewhere. Do you have good grounds from the battery to the frame and from the frame to the engine block?

They're all new. I guess there's a chance that something is defective, but it was all high quality new stuff. Every part of that system was replaced. 🤷🏽‍♂️
