Unless the color of car has been changed it's a 1984 this color wasn't available in 1985 this blue was used in 1983 1984 discontinued in 1985 replaced with black and burgundy 1983 1984 only colors available were blue and white with blue interior love these cars very nice

I'm a original owner of a blue 1984 Monte Carlo SS it now has a all aluminum LS2 motor with CNC ported LS3 heads a single plane intake and a holley hp 850 carburetor

@Bob yes in 84 it didn't get t-tops yet but you could get a moon roof l didn't order it or the overdrive transmission it's like yours blue on blue

@Bob cool I've did my swap in 2008 and it's still runs like it did or better than when done in 2008 I'm a big fan of LS engines it's hard to beat the performance and reliability and durability

Poor Monte Carlo all tubed out, but then it takes off and man talk about lazy and slow, it needs a power plant badly.
