Just found your channel and boy am I glad I did! We have the same taste in vehicles lol 😅. My uncle owned a '77 B100 318 V8 auto short wheelbase Tradesman van that he bought new. Used it as his service van for 30+ years (he's a musical instrument (amps, organs, keyboards etc) repair man) and could carry all of his tools and repair equipment and still have enough room to stuff a big ol Hammond organ in it if he needed to work on it at his shop. Finally sold it with over 300k mi when he was told he had to rebuild the engine for it to pass smog here in shitty CA (all vehicles gas powered vehicles '76+ are required to pass emissions testing to be registered) and funny enough a huge KISS (band) enthusiast bought it and fully restored it and had a pro artist paint a mural of the band on the side of it. The new owner loves taking it to parades and car shows. This seems to be a really sweet old van! Congrats on the purchase.

Glad you found me! I grew up riding in my Grandparents 1978 B100 shorty so I have a love for these vans. My Granddad restored/services pianos and used the van to haul them all over. Atleast your uncles van lives on as a KISS tribute instead of being absolutely destroyed like so many have. I love gotten quite a few cars out of CA and go out there every year. Back fees and smog inspections are insane! Be sure to check the videos on my 1979 B100 and 1973 B100 vans!

Love the fact you buy nice factory original cars & trucks that you don't beat the crap out of them or do something stupid like a linelock & burn the rear tires down. I have no tolerance for that crap ! Keep them original ! Because they are only "original once"

As silly as it may sound, I believe the simulated wood grain trim the runs down the center of the interior keeps it from being "too red" lol. I'm assuming that is part of the "Royale" package. Looking forward to the walk around vid.
