1985 Honda XL350R Rebuild Timelapse

Rebuild of a 1985 Honda XL350R. The frame was chopped when I got it, so I had to source a new one, but the engine ran fine just leaked some oil. Took about a year of mostly just weekend work. New OEM parts were hard to find, most of the stuff I bought was used on eBay.

I bought the manual on the Haynes website. Pretty much tells you how to pull everything apart and helped a lot.
