This is the long version (there exists a way different, even shorter commercial for this car too with the same music) of the TV advert for the 1985 Subaru Rex Combi, featuring the track Ecstasy (Apple Of My Eye) by the Scottish group Strawberry Switchblade. This single was only issued in Japan (along with I Can Feel) and the cover featured a little image of the car in the top left corner! Strange days indeed.
