Black men are integral to Black families, neighborhoods, and communities. But they suffer from joblessness at rates higher than other men. There are about one million more employed Black women than employed Black men. Among other ethnic and racial groups in the United States, there are substantially more employed men than employed women.
As documented by a November 2022 YouGov survey commissioned for this report, the vast majority of Black women are very or extremely concerned about Black men’s joblessness, and they want to see more jobs in Black communities for Black people. Most Black women also believe that increasing Black men’s job opportunities would increase the stability of Black couples and reduce crime.

I think these issues are negatively affecting the black community the most but it’s affecting other races too. When you start blurring gender roles that have been established for hundreds of years and try to deny there is no such thing as male or female nature and that each sex is better suited for certain activities - well then you have a fucking mess

“I have no problem with irritating your mate” Yeah and this part of the problem! I’ll never understand why some women feel the need to antagonize or irritate their man over dumb ass shit - can’t you just sit in a room and watch tv and be content for a few hours? Seems like ya can’t and that you have issues that need to be worked on
@nik-at-nite
@nik-at-nite 8 ай бұрын
I think because, depending on the person, talking out an issue can make someone irritated even though it NEEDS to be said and dealt with. Sometimes you have to just rip the bandaid off. Otherwise, it’d never get discussed. Some people act like all confrontation is bad confrontation so they avoid it at all costs and expect the other party to fall in line. Relationships don’t grow and succeed with that mindset.

How are you kissing the point? She was being facetious. The point is that both the man and the woman will sometimes irritate each other because that is normal for human beings in any relationship. That is reality. She wasn’t saying that you intentionally try to be irritating. If you’re so sensitive and triggered about normal human behavior then I would think that’s someone who couldn’t functions properly in any relationship. Keep in mind that Black Men’s marriages to White Women has a HIGHER rate of divorce….does that mean that white women are more irritating than black women? Or are black men the common denominator in these failed relationships regardless of the race of woman!?

The origin of the lies BW levied against BM. Back then no one even challenged this non-sense. I was in my teens when these lies were put out. I believed these lies and strove to be better. At 50 plus years of age and an engineering manager who graduated from an HBCU i can say there were plenty of eligible men that these women shunned. They chose poorly and then blame the majority of black men.

We don’t have much choice of decent men in the community and that’s just REAL. check the stats. Doesn’t matter if he a player or the educated lame and very man in between, the Black Female struggle is real out here and for some reason too many BM don’t see that it’s not US. unless y’all begin to respect us, you’ll never get ANYWHERE 😣

@jmatthews5685 You still don't get it. You don't get that the bigots in white society, politics, media used you, the Black woman, to get to the Black man...the greatest threat to White men. They feared, with all restraints removed, Black men growing up to energize and electrify Black communities. Spawning legions of Malcolm's, Martin's, Fred Hampton's, Carmichael's, Ali's, and Baldwin's. *They feared Black men uncovering the truth about the history, prominence of Black men AND women.* And thus usurping their role as leader of the free world within 2 generations. They needed Black men to be subservient, and covertly tasked YOU to execute THEIR plan to "control" Black men. In exchange for favorable, sympathetic press and media. Where Black women will be predominantly seen as the sympathetic figure to the weakened state of the Black man. Feminists sold you the matriarchal system like a worm 🪱 on a hook 🪝. A system not adopted by Asians, Native Americans, Latinos, or Whites. Because those cultures knew it was corrosive not only to the women, but it destroys the stock of their children.

Ha! BM just never ceased to amaze me. That last caller completely deflecting the answer to the question being asked and quickly made it about BW. You can easily tell right off the bat that dude probably doesn't take any accountability for his actions and probably was creating baby mamas all over the place and then blame bw for it. The late 60's through the 80's was a whole complete dust storm dealing with the mindsets of BM on national TV and still is today even on the internet. I can't even imagine what the arguments really would have been like if KZbin existed in the 80's.

The caller was trash, I agree. But to create "baby mama's" lawfully, a woman has to INVITE a man between her legs. She's a willing participant in this endeavor. 14 different contraceptives readily available for women vs 1 for men, and yet men get blamed solely for making her a single mama? That's rich. Black people are still playing checkers when Whites are playing chess. This matriarchy pushed by White feminists to and bought by Black women in the 70s onward was the plan to destroy us from the inside out. They turned these Black women and future Black women into double agents. To weaken our children. And emasculate the men under a social cloud of apathy. Where the only logical conclusion is that Blacks did this to themselves. *Offensive Counterintelligence 101.* And we are still fighting each other in public because as long as that happens, we aren't banding together to fight the REAL enemy. This tactic has been used in foreign countries for decades to weaken governments and enemies for decades.

Their fore-mothers couldn't take accountability for the type of men they chose and were attracted to; years later their descendants are walking in their footsteps... Only accountability can break this cycle. Bad/Broken souls exist in all races, sexs, and cultures so it's not a black man or black woman issue per se; it's a soul issue. We all are accountable for the souls WE CHOOSE to mate with. If you pick bad character, YOU get the blame the same way you would get the praise if you picked good... It can't be that you are willing to accept praise when you pick good, but when you pick bad; you get to blame your bad choice on the race or sex of who YOU PICKED (that's actually sexist and racist). People aren't bad because of their external color or sex, they are bad people from the inside out... Folks really struggle to look in the mirror & accept who they are and who they chose (their reflection). It's really sad.

Another video Thts 🔥. Thanks for going to the source. Many people are lost on how relationships progresses today. It’s nothing new under the sun, it’s just a modern way it’s done today. If you know history, you can predict the future. Mathematics is important in life in everything. A lot of women today is considered masculine today. Not many people consider the reason why. The mathematics of anyone doing mostly everything, will have tht person ending up using their masculinity more. Same for a person using their feminine side more has a outcome. More men use their feminine side today as well. Prison play a big part too, more women are taking care of men locked up. Once they’re home, it’s hard to turn back into becoming the man of the house because of wht society has done to the Blk man as well in large numbers. Single family homes without fathers has definitely destroyed many homes. The cycle continues with many men not being raised by a real man who can teach them. Many women not raised by a real father to teach them either. Kids see mom doing everything n the cycle continues which it is considered normal after so long. Hearing these stories helps me appreciate the balance of my mom n dad. Both parents put the work in, I know it wasn’t easy but they worked together for the sake of me n my siblings.
