I totally still have this still in a box of my GI Joe stuff:) After so many years packed up and zip locked etc, I forget what I even have anymore from what I was a kid. Of course half of my toys never had stickers applied, some did, some didn't.

As far as easily broken parts go, I'd say the handlebars are particularly challenging to get a figure to grip without stressing the point where the vertical and horizontal bar meet. Sneaky Kev, you wisely chose not to attempt that!

That seems like more of a placement issue within the sculpt of the toy though. (similar to how it's not usually wise to actually attempt to get a figure gripping control sticks on any vehicle that has one).

Hasbro would have done better to make these bikes Harleys with rubber wheels even, if they had to kick up some royalties to Harley, however if not done right it wouldn't have worked out for either company. I could see the Dreadnoks taking the trouble having missiles or heavy guns on their bikes cause more trouble in being safe in handling live ammo then, just having fast bikes, finally since Zartan has the final say I would think this would be his thinking!

FWIW, it's often difficult to license the use of real world brands for use in media when the proposed use of the brand is seen as negative, which could be as simple as having the product used by the "bad guys". That said, there are 3 standard bikes in the vintage Joe line (albeit only 1 as a cobra/enemy vehicle), so there are always options for a bit of customization and as several other reviewers have said, there are plenty of generic 1/18th scale bikes out there if you want one for your display.
