Are the driver transmission arm and passenger transmission arm the same length? Are they interchangable?

No, they are not interchangeable. Each side is a unique part number (listed in the description).

@@DrShock Ok. Not good. I ordered one on amazon (passenger side) and at the last minute they changed my order to a driver side one. They refuse to do anything about it until it arrives.

GM CK trucks (aka OBS or GMT400 series) continued production past 1999. They ran thru model year 2002. Cadillac Escalades thru 2000, along with the Chevrolet Tahoe Z71 and Tahoe Limited. And 3500HD trucks thru 2002. All had this same wiper setup.
