Do clean the spark plug with a wire brush or 320 sand paper grit , clean the air filter and carburetor these keep the bike running crispy fast.

Your pilot jet is dirty...thats why she won't kick over. Use a tiny piece of wire to get in there and clean it the hole is extra tiny!!
